 Products & Orders

1. Custom & Handmade Items: All nappy cakes, hampers and accessories are handmade to order. Slight variations in appearance may occur, making every piece unique.

2. Pricing: Prices are clearly displayed on our product pages. Packaging and delivery charges are added at checkout or quoted separately.

3. Order Process: Your order is confirmed only once payment is received and we have acknowledged it via message or email.

4. Custom Requests: We happily accept custom colours, themes and personalization. Final details must be confirmed before production begins.

 Payment

• Payment is required in full before any order is started.

• We accept Bank Transfer, Stripe, Klarna.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer then please contact me via my email - Info@Willowandbear.uk or using my contact form on the website.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order already confirmed will be honored at the original price.

 Delivery & Collection

• Collection: Free collection available from Chesterfield – we will arrange a convenient time with you.

• Delivery: UK delivery is charged based on size/weight and location, quoted before you confirm your order.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 working days of confirmation. We will notify you if there are any delays.

• Once handed to the courier, delivery times are out of our control – we will help track your parcel if needed.

 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once we have started making your item, cancellations cannot be accepted as products are custom‑made.

• Returns: Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos – we will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

• Faults: If you find an issue with your order, please let us know immediately and we will put it right.

• All designs, photos, logos and content on this website belong exclusively to Willow & Bear. They may not be copied, used or reproduced without our written permission.
